Agents will receive 3 hours REQUIRED CORE FAIR HOUSING credit in Missouri and 3 hours elective credit in Kansas.

You must enroll and obtain your license in the state that you reside in first. This is both the Kansas Pre-exam required 30 hour course and the KS Real Estate Practice 30 hour course for one flat fee. In addition, you will receive the MO Practice Course certificate and the ability to enroll in the MO Second State Test Prep course at no additional charge.
