PRE-LICENSE CLASSES

Register to begin the first of three steps towards becoming a REALTOR®; first, you must successfully complete the Kansas 30-hour course or Missouri 48-hour course in the Principles of Real Estate.

STUDENT CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Pre-license Students: Students may cancel before the beginning of a course and receive a full refund by filling out the Training Refund Request Form (fillable PDF - download first) and emailing it to Training@ReeceNichols.com. There are no refunds after a course begins and student attends day one. Cancellations may be done any time. Students that cancel after attending day one may take the course at a later day for no additional charge. However, no refunds will be given if they attend day one.

This is not a required course for MO agents getting a KS License but is provided as a help to passing the exam.
