All New-to-Real-Estate ReeceNichols agents are encouraged to attend ReeceNichols Advantage: a fast-paced and information-packed course covering topics such as business basics, marketing your business, working with sellers and buyers and much more. ReeceNichols Advantage provides you with insight into ReeceNichols, allowing you to understand tools available to you and every resource and person to your advantage.

ReeceNichols Advantage is offered throughout the year in the KC Metro, St. Louis, and Southern Missouri regions.

Qualifications:

1. Must have Missouri or Kansas real estate license
2. Must join your Local Real Estate Board and MLS (and pay the dues)
3. Must be in the ReeceNichols system
