You must enroll and obtain your license in the state that you reside in first. This is both the 48-hour Missouri Pre-exam required course and the 24-hour MO Real Estate Practice course for one flat fee. In addition, you will be eligible to receive the KS Practice Course certificate and the ability to attend the KS Second State Test Prep course at no additional charge.
