| Cost: | $445.00 You must enroll and obtain your license in the state that you reside in first. This is both the MO Pre-exam required 48 hour course and the MO Real Estate Practice 24 hour course for one flat fee. In addition, you will receive the KS Practice course certificate and the ability to enroll in the KS Second State Test Prep course at no additional charge.
