| Cost: | $445.00 You must enroll and obtain your license in the state that you reside in first. This is both the required MO 48-Hour Pre-Exam Course and the MO 24-hour Real Estate Practice Course for one flat fee. In addition, you will receive the KS Practice course certificate and the ability to enroll in the KS Second State Test Prep course at no additional charge.
