$345.00You must enroll and obtain your license in the state that you reside in first. This is both the 30-hour Kansas Pre-exam required course and the 30-hour KS Real Estate Practice course for one flat fee. In addition, you will receive the MO Practice Course certificate and the ability to attend the MO Second State Test Prep course at no additional charge.
